Payment methods1. Credit card: it is one of the convenient and efficient ways for making a payment. If you choose to pay online with credit cards, the SSL encryption mechanism will be adopted in the operation process to protect your personal private information.
2. ATM transfer: it is applicable to consumers who do not have a credit card. To make an ATM payment, all you need to do is remit the amount of the payment to the account designated by the system via physical/online ATM or through an internet banking facility to complete the payment.
3. Free shipping is available with any purchase over six sets.
Shipping method1. We will handle your order upon confirming the payment, and you will receive the goods within 7 – 14 working days (weekends and national holidays not included).
2. The shipment will be made via freight delivery or the designated convenience store.
3. The shipping is limited to counties and cities in Taiwan (it does not include P. O. Boxes).
4. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you within two working days after receiving your order, unless otherwise stated by law.
Return/exchange instructions1. If any defect or damage is found after receiving the goods and you wish to return the goods, please contact our customer service within seven days of receipt; we will handle it for you as early as possible.
2. After receiving the goods, you are entitled to a free return within seven days (weekends and national holidays included). The transitional period is offered for consultation, appreciation and comparison of the goods. When the goods are sent back (to be processed in accordance with the goods return procedure), please keep the original packaging intact; we will fully protect your rights and interests as a consumer.
3. Requirements for returned goods:
*The Website does not accept partial return/exchange (except for defective goods). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, all items in a purchase shall be returned as a whole unit.
* The returned goods shall be restored to their original state, i.e., restituting to the condition when you originally received the goods (including the original items, accessories, inner and outer packaging, attached documents, complimentary gift, activity gift, etc.). If the goods are not in the original condition, we will charge a fee for restoration.
